I have ordered hair from this specific company for the past 6-7 years. The quality of the hair is amazing; unfortunately this time around I am very unpleased with the quality of hair received . as well as customer service. All three bundles were the SAME THICKNESS. My 14" wefts, looked like it was 18" from the weft. (the longer the hair the smaller the bundle). Immediately after opening the package, I contacted them. after hours of being left on read multiple times they offered a $5.00 coupon??? FIVE DOLLARS??? After I've spent hundreds. I will no longer be ordering from this vendor.
